Due to continued growth across a national network, we are seeking experienced Production Managers for opportunities across multiple locations in Queensland, Victoria and Recent South Wales.These roles suit hands-on leaders who understand the collision repair process, can coordinate people and workflow effectively, and know how to deliver quality repairs while meeting demanding production targets.The RoleAs Production Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day flow of work through the workshop, ensuring vehicles progress efficiently from arrival through to completion.Planning and coordinating daily workshop productionAllocating work across technicians and tradesMonitoring jobs to ensure repair timelines are achievedIdentifying bottlenecks and keeping workflow movingManaging productivity, efficiency and workshop performanceWorking closely with estimators, parts, customer service and site managementEnsuring repairs meet required quality standardsMaintaining a strong focus on workplace safety and complianceCoaching and supporting workshop staffHelping create an accountable,
