developing litigation strategies and negotiating settlementsMentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the team's continued growthThe practice offers the opportunity to develop expertise across multiple insurance disciplines while also supporting lawyers who wish to specialise in a particular area.About YouWe are interested in hearing from lawyers who offer:3+ years' post-admission experience, ideally within insurance litigation or personal injuryExperience in defendant liability, CTP, public liability, historical abuse or workers' compensation mattersStrong litigation, drafting, negotiation and file management skillsConfidence managing matters with appropriate autonomyExcellent communication skills and a collaborative approachAn interest in mentoring junior lawyers and progressing professionallyLawyers from plaintiff personal injury practices or in-house legal teams are also encouraged to apply, particularly those interested in transitioning into defendant insurance litigation.Why Consider This Opportunity?
