They are looking for a Engineering Manager to manage their engineering department.The role is to plan, organise, direct, control and coordinate the design, engineering and technical operations at our Wannamal Plant facility.This includes developing and maintaining procedures, working with other departments to provide engineering design support, and providing oversight of the engineering in the manufacturing process.Your responsibilities would include:Planning, organising, directing and controlling the engineering and technical operationsOversight and execution of research and development projectsImplementing and monitoring research and development strategies,



policies and plansComplete project work in an effective and timely mannerEstablishing project schedules and budgetsOversee maintenance and optimise engineering efficienciesEnsure conformity with specifications plans, ensuring all regulations and safety requirements are metProvide technical support, documentation, certification, and quality requirementsProvide workshop engineering and testing supportAssist Quality Manager with technical quality documentationLiaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid to business and organisational developmentLiaise with other departments and personalKey RequirementsMinimum of Bachelor Degree in EngineeringExcellent Project Management SkillsStrong People Development SkillsMinimum 5 years engineering and operational management experience in manufacturing operationsOnly successful applicants will be contacted.
