Deliver Results.A leading Facilities Management organisation is seeking an experienced Facilities Account Manager to join their Melbourne CBD team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Facilities Management professional who enjoys managing key client relationships, driving service excellence and taking ownership of contract performance across a national Facilities Maintenance portfolio.The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring contractual commitments are delivered, operational performance is maintained and clients receive exceptional service outcomes.About the RoleBased in the Melbourne CBD office, this is a hands-on account management position with occasional travel required.You will act as the trusted point of contact for key clients, working closely with internal Service Delivery teams to manage operational performance, commercial outcomes and continuous improvement initiatives.Managing and strengthening key client relationships across a national Facilities Maintenance portfolioActing as the primary escalation point for contractual, operational and service-related mattersManaging contract performance against SLAs, KPIs and agreed service commitmentsPreparing and presenting monthly client reports covering financial and operational performanceManaging client budgets,
