Branch Operations ManagerOur client, a well‐known logistics provider to the food industry established in ****, has a great opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join their business in Launceston.This is a hands‐on, rapid‐paced leadership role overseeing daily transport and warehouse operations across morning and afternoon shifts.
The operations manager will lead and coach a diverse team of supervisors, drivers, store persons, and pickers to ensure the smooth running of day‐to‐day logistics, stock control, compliance, and delivery schedules.Responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to:Understanding and implementing HACCP, quality & food safety required within the standards and timeframesImplement OH&S; standards and manage workers safety and workers compensationMaintain budgetsAssist in the development and expansion of existing client baseOversee site operations and co-ordinate day to day administration of the siteManage all operational staff as well as implement staff evaluation,
