Councils, Transport and Main Roads, developers and fuel retailers keep coming back because they turn up and finish.About The OpportunityThe primary purpose of this position is to carry a portfolio of concurrent civil projects - subdivisions, TMR roadworks and service station builds - from tender handover to Off Maintenance.
Your responsibilities will include:Owning programme, budget and forecast across your portfolioResourcing plant, crews and subcontractors across competing sitesManaging client and Superintendent relationshipsAdministering variations, EOTs, progress claims and noticesLeading supervisors and engineers,



and owning safety, quality and environmental performanceAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:Substantial civil delivery experience running multiple projects at onceSubdivision delivery — earthworks, drainage, roadworks, services and handoverTMR experience — MRTS specs, ITPs, lot conformance and contract adminCommercial control — able to read a cost report and explain the marginCurrent QLD licence and Construction White Card, with willingness to travelWhat's in it for You?
