your work may include:Completing functional capacity assessmentsAssessing participants' daily living skills and support needsDeveloping individualised therapy plansAssistive technology assessments and recommendationsHome and environmental assessmentsSupporting participants to build independence and capacityWorking with families, carers and support teamsPreparing high-quality clinical reports and recommendationsCollaborating with other allied health professionalsLiaising with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers and other stakeholdersMaintaining accurate clinical documentation and professional standardsBut underneath all of that is something fairly straightforward.
