Due to growth, we have an opportunity for an Events Coordinator to join our Business Development, Marketing,



Events & Communications (BDMEC) team in Sydney on a permanent full time basis.
About the role and the team
Our dynamic BDMEC team help bring our brand to life through memorable client experiences.
Supporting the Senior Marketing & Events Coordinator you'll play a key role in delivering high‐quality events — from seminars and webinars to social functions and conferences — while ensuring everything aligns with our brand and values.
Key responsibilities include:
Manage the firm's event schedule and maintain the events calendar for all client events.
Coordinate end‐to‐end logistics including venue research aligned with event requirements and budget, venue bookings, catering, AV needs, invitations, run sheet preparation, support event execution and post‐event administration.
Track and report on event performance metrics and enhance event quality by streamlining and improving processes.
