Our client is seeking a full-time Carpenter / Skilled Labourer to join their team, based in Balcatta.
This is a practical, hands‐on role suited to someone who enjoys variety in their work and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes.You'll be working across aged care facilities, so a professional, respectful approach is essential, particularly when working in occupied environments.
The role will suit someone who is reliable, physically capable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.What you'll be doing:General handyman and maintenance workRoof tiling, minor roof repairs and leak rectificationFencing repairs and installationsRemedial construction and basic carpentry worksRoom make‐good works including carpet removal, patching, minor demolition and reinstatementAssisting with site clean‐ups and material handlingRepresenting the business professionally when interacting with site managers and staffWhat you'll need:Previous experience as a Skilled Labourer, Carpenter, Handyman, Maintenance Worker or Trade AssistantCarpentry experience highly regardedPhysically fit and capable of manual labourStrong work ethic with a can‐do attitudeHigh attention to detail and pride in workmanshipGood communication skills and professional presentationReliable and punctual with a team‐oriented mindsetWhat's in it for you:Full‐time, Monday to Friday roleOvertime and after‐hours call‐outs availableCompany vehicle providedPerth metro‐based workLong‐term, reliable opportunity
