Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Registered Nurse based at Concord Repatriation General Hospital.
You will provide patient-centred, evidence-informed nursing care and work with the multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.The role includes a 7-day rotating roster (AM/PM/Nights) for full-time and part time shifts, with remuneration per hour plus superannuation.
