CoreVue Radiology & HeartCare is seeking a talented Referrer Engagement Manager to join our team in Kew, Victoria.
This part time role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers who refer patients to our radiology services, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all our referrers.What you'll be doingProactively engage with existing referrers to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer serviceIdentify new referral opportunities and actively build relationships with prospective referrersProvide education and training to referrers on our services, processes and latest developmentsCollaborate with the clinical and operational teams to resolve any referrer queries or concernsGather valuable feedback from referrers to help improve our services and processesMaintain detailed records of all referrer interactions and activitiesSupport the development and implementation of referrer engagement strategiesWhat we're looking forProven experience in a client-facing role,
