Based in Forrestfield, their busy manufacturing workshop is seeking experienced Boilermaker/Welders to join their safety-focused and supportive team.About the Role: We are currently seeking experienced Boilermaker/Welders for ongoing work within a busy heavy industrial manufacturing and repair workshop.These are Monday-to-Friday day-shift roles, with standard hours of 6:00am to 2:30pm.
Due to current workload, regular overtime is available, with shifts often extending to approximately 4:30pm.
Weekend work may also be offered.This role would suit experienced Boilermakers who are comfortable working on heavy industrial equipment and components and have previous experience with repairs, fabrication and wear liners.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete repairs and fabrication work on heavy industrial equipment and componentsRemove, repair, fabricate and install wear linersPerform welding,



cutting and grindingInterpret drawings and complete work to required specificationsCarry out general workshop fabrication and repair dutiesComplete work safely and to a high standardMaintain a clean, safe and productive work areaRequired Qualifications & ExperienceCertificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade or equivalent recognised qualificationPrevious experience as a qualified Boilermaker/WelderDemonstrated repair and wear-liner experience within manufacturing, mining or heavy industryStrong welding and fabrication skillsAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsStrong safety awareness and commitment to quality workmanshipReliable with a strong work ethicAbility to work additional hours and occasional weekends when requiredWillingness to attend a site meet and greet and complete a weld testWhat's in it for you?
