As Account Manager, you'll support all aspects of campaign account management for our commercial property clients and play an important role in driving marketing initiatives alongside our incredible team.This is an exceptional chance for someone with established media and client management experience who's ready to lead campaigns and build trusted relationships with clients and publishers.Key responsibilities:Manage daily client communication alongside the customer support teamAssist with campaign coordination, including media bookings, artwork trafficking, pagination checks and dispatchWork closely with the team to manage workflow and ensure tasks are delivered accurately and on timePrepare briefs for digital campaigns and help pull together performance results to share with clientsMaintain working knowledge of CampaignXpress and log/triage client requestsAnswer client support tickets via our email communication tool, ZendeskBuild positive relationships with clients,



suppliers and internal teamsTroubleshoot minor campaign or supplier issues and escalat where neededContribute ideas for improving processes and supporting team efficiencyOur ideal person:Has 2+ years' experience in media, marketing or agency account managementIs a clear, confident communicator and comfortable working with clientsHas strong attention to detail and can manage multiple deadlines at onceIs organised, commercially aware and eager to learnEnjoys working collaboratively and supporting team cultureThe Perks of the Job:If you're still reading, get ready for the best part - our agency has fantastic perks!
