The role covers inpatient admissions, pre/post procedures, cardiac monitoring and discharge planning.You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care and support patient education.
The successful candidate will have 2+ years CVT experience, nursing qualification (Bachelor or Diploma) and AHPRA
