Hybrid working arrangement: 1 day work from home, 4 days work from the officeGenerous staff discounts on Billini and Banbe productsModern office space in MarrickvilleClose to transport links – our office is less than a 10 minute walk from Sydenham train stationA day off on your birthdayEnjoy regular team bonding eventsDog friendly officeWhat you will be doingLiaising with offshore suppliers and merchandiser daily on sampling mattersAssisting the Product Developer in trend forecasting, sourcing & creating moodboardsCreating product specification sheets with detailed comments for suppliers to make samplesTracking and following up all outstanding samples, ensuring development is made as per specificationsMonitoring the critical path to ensure sample deadlines are metSample room managementPreparing samples for seasonal range reviewsCreating seasonal costing sheets, and update prices as negotiated ensuring all products meet minimum marginAssisting product developer and production team in fitting sessions,



and take detailed notesSupplier price negotiations where requiredProduct registration in AP21Creating seasonal price lists for selling purposesArranging DHL and direct freight shipmentsCreating reports for the purpose of sales & tradeWhat you will need+2 years experience in a similar role, preferable within the fashion industry, but not essentialAP21 experience preferred, but not essentialStrong organisational skills with high attention to detailStrong time management skills and capable of working within a fast-paced environmentStrong ability to multi-task, be flexible and prioritise workloadTeam oriented, but able to work autonomouslyProven problem solving and decision‐making skillsAbout usBillini is one of Australia's leading and fastest growing brands of women's fashion footwear and accessories at affordable price points.
