You will lead and support the existing finance team, strengthen financial operations, and drive improvements across systems, processes, and reporting.This role provides a high degree of autonomy and is primarily home-based/remote, with travel required to the Sunshine Coast practices.
Preference will be given to candidates located on the Sunshine Coast.The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:Own and manage the end-to-end finance function, including systems, processes, controls, and outputsLead, mentor, and support the finance team across multiple sitesOversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reportingLead budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and performance trackingManage day-to-day financial operations (AP/AR, payroll,
