We sit down with their teams, understand how they work and help them use tools like Claude to make everyday jobs easier.You'll have clear direction and support, but also plenty of room to bring your own ideas, use your judgement and try new approaches.The roleWe're doing great work with businesses around Newcastle, and we don't always have time to capture it.
You'll help change that by shaping our brand, our storytelling and how we position Helm.You'll also be the first person new clients talk to.
Part of your week is looking after enquiries, proposals and the day-to-day running of the business.
The rest is creating content that shows the work we do.What you'll doRespond to new enquiries quickly, qualify them and book them inSit in on intro meetings, then start running them yourselfWrite proposals tailored to each business, thinking about who's reading it and what matters to themLook after inboxes, calendars and day-to-day admin so client work keeps movingCapture and share the work we do, and help shape our brand and positioning: LinkedIn and Instagram posts,
