We also maintain lifts all across Sydney and have a well-structured team to support our continued growth and expansion with main office located in Mascot, NSW.About youAs we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technicians to join our growing team based in Mascot, NSWAs Service Technicians with Electra Lifts, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our customers' assets.You'll be supported by a well-structured Service team, access to quality training, and a positive working environment that values professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities for YouConduct routine service and maintenance in accordance with procedures, technical manuals,



and safety standards.Attend lift breakdowns promptly and carry out necessary repairs.Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to uphold our strong customer service culture.Complete service reports, Job Hazard Forms, and track service activities accurately.Identify and recommend upgrade opportunities that may attract incentive payments for technicians.What You Will Need To Be SuccessfulHave full working rights in Australia.Hold a current and valid Australian driver's license.Have an Electrical trade license or relevant trade certificationPrevious experience within the Lift industry is required.Solid communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to safe work practices.Motivation to contribute to a supportive team environment.
