As a Home and Community Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing a range of support services to clients in their homes, including personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship.Our ideal candidate is someone who is compassionate, reliable, and has a solid commitment to providing high-quality care to our clients.
