Youll be working one-on-one with clients in their homes and communitiesassisting with daily living, building life skills, encouraging independence, and creating meaningful connections.Opportunities are available for immediate start in: ChermsideWhat We're Looking ForYou are someone who is:Experience supporting individuals with autism (non-verbal experience highly regarded)Understanding of positive behaviour supportCalm, patient,



and reliable approachStrong communication skills (including use of non-verbal communication strategies)Committed to upholding the NDIS Practice Standards and Code of ConductMaybo or CPI Training (highly regarded, but not essential)Experienced in disability, aged care, or community support (highly regarded, but not essential)What Youll NeedCertificate III or higher in Individual Support, Disability, Mental Health, Aged Care, or equivalent (or working towards)Current First Aid and CPR certificateValid drivers licenceYour own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insuranceNDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to complete)Smartphone with reliable internet connectionWhy Work With Us?
