We value humility and a team approach at every level of the company.About the RoleThe Senior Wedding & Events Executive is responsible for leading the coordination of all weddings and special events across DOMA Hotels, with a particular focus on Hotel Realm,



whilst driving revenue and supporting the team of coordinators for all conferences and events.In this role your responsibilities will include:Manage weddings and special events from initial enquiry through to successful execution across DOMA HotelsFairly allocate conferences and events to yourself and your fellow coordinator each monthProvide accurate quotations and contracts for all event types, including venue hire, menu packages and accommodationConduct site inspections, showcasing DOMA Hotels' portfolio to new and existing clientsProviding an exceptional guest experience at all touch points across the client customer journeyMaintain accurate client and event records in iVvy, Opera, SevenRooms and other systemsPrepare weekly conference and event distribution reports and additional reporting as requiredTo be considered for this role you will have:Previous experience in weddings or events coordination/sales within hospitality, events or luxury service industriesStrong knowledge of event coordination principles, conference and event componentsAbility to build rapport and communicate effectively with a wide range of clients and stakeholdersWell-developed organisational skills with excellent attention to detailExcellent time management, with the ability to manage multiple events and tight deadlinesExperience with IT applications such as Opera, iVvy, OptiSign (Tripleseat desirable)Impeccable grooming, presentation, and a polished, welcoming demeanorA friendly, outgoing personality and the ability to offer outstanding serviceWeekend and evening availability when requiredDoma Hotels is an equal opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce and sustaining an inclusive culture.
