About the roleJoin a well-supported, high-performing Property Management team where your experience is valued and your workload is manageable.We are seeking an experienced, motivated and detail-oriented Portfolio Property Manager to join our growing team at Ray White North Lakes | Burpengary East | Murrumba Downs.This is a Monday-to-Friday, full-time role managing a well-structured portfolio of approximately 130 residential properties, with no leasing, trust accounting or business development responsibilities.You'll be supported by a dedicated leasing team, modern systems, and experienced leadership who understand property management.This role would suit an experienced Property Manager who enjoys managing a clean, well-supported portfolio and values structure, teamwork and long-term relationships over high-volume leasing or business development.What you'll be doingAs a Portfolio Property Manager, you will manage your own portfolio delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants while maintaining compliance and solid relationships.Manage a residential portfolio of approximately 130 propertiesProvide exceptional, consistent communication and service to landlords and tenantsConduct routine,
