You will supervise shifts, coach staff, and act as second-in-charge, including opening, closing, and running the store solo when needed.Key responsibilities include rostering, onboarding current starters, driving sales through customer experiences, and maintaining stock and store standards.
Availability for a 7-day rotating schedule and eligibility for airport security checks are required.
