About the Role
We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable people to join our team as Restaurant Team Members, working in either Front of House (FOH) or Back of House (BOH).
This is a hands-on, rapid-paced role where you'll work alongside a great team, keep the energy high, and help create memorable experiences for our guests.
No previous experience is required, with full training provided on the job.
What You'll Be Doing
Charcoal Cook:
Setting up and operating the charcoal pit safely and correctlyCooking and basting charcoal chicken to El Jannah recipe and quality standardsPortioning, rotating, and preparing chicken for serviceMonitoring cook times, temperatures, and product qualityKeeping the charcoal station, tools, and surrounding areas clean and organisedSupporting service flow during busy periodsFollowing food safety, WHS requirements,



and reporting hazards or incidentsWorking closely with the wider team to deliver a great guest experience
