Gundagai Meat Processors (GMP) is a family-owned lamb processor and exporter, supplying customers across Australia and into around 70 international markets.
Our Wodonga site handles cold storage and export logistics for the business.
It's a small, close-knit team where everyone pitches in to make sure every part of the operation is covered.About the roleThis is a varied position split roughly as follows: Quality Assurance (50%): maintaining and supporting quality systems, monitoring HACCP and SQF compliance, and taking part in internal and external audits.
Work Health & Safety (30%): supporting safe work practices across the site, including inspections, hazard reporting and safety documentation.
Cold store support (20%):
