As part of a collaborative pharmacy and multidisciplinary healthcare team, you'll play a vital role in supporting patient care across inpatient, outpatient and community settings throughout Western Sydney.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Pharmacy Technician seeking variety, autonomy and the chance to contribute to a growing model of healthcare delivery.What you'll be doingPerform medication dispensing and distribution activities accurately and efficientlySupport medication management services in accordance with NSW Health and WSLHD policiesEnsure safe handling, storage and supply of pharmaceuticals across multiple care settingsCollaborate with healthcare teams to deliver responsive and patient-focused servicesParticipate in quality improvement initiatives, performance programs and ongoing professional developmentEssential CriteriaQualification:



Pharmacy Technician Grade 1 – Certificate III in Hospital/Health Services Pharmacy Support.Technician Grade 2 - Certificate IV in Hospital/Health Services Pharmacy Support.Selection CriteriaDemonstrated valuable communication skillsDemonstrated satisfactory pharmacy dispensing experience in Australia (or equivalent) and relevant pharmacy qualificationDemonstrated ability to prioritise large workload and have good time management skillsDemonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environmentDemonstrated experience as a pharmacy technician within a hospital environmentCurrent Class 1A Driver Licence.Applications Close: 3rd November ****Need more information?
