About the role
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, Consumer ANZ, you'll partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver people strategies that drive commercial results.
We're evolving our People & Culture function from tactical delivery to strategic partnership, and this role will play a key part in that shift.
You'll bring workforce insight, commercial judgement and strong influencing skills to the table, translating business priorities into practical people solutions.
Some key areas of focus

Strategic Partnership:
Be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning people priorities to business strategy and commercial drivers, and building credibility and trust across the Consumer business.

Lead workforce planning:
Build and use workforce data and insights to forecast capability needs, shape organisational design and plan headcount, cost and succession to support business growth.

Drive commercial outcomes and change:




Lead people projects and change initiatives end to end, giving pragmatic advice that balances people, risk and cost, and links P&C; initiatives to measurable business results.

Manage ER/IR and build capability:
Guide and coach leaders through performance, conduct, investigations and complex cases, ensuring fair, compliant outcomes and stronger people leadership.
What you'll bring
·
Proven HR Business Partner experience in a fast-paced, commercial environment, with the credibility to influence and challenge senior leaders.
·
Strong commercial acumen and a pragmatic, agile approach, using data and financial insight to inform people decisions.
·
Hands-on experience in workforce planning, organisational design and change, with a track record of delivering people projects and measurable outcomes.
·
Sound ER/IR knowledge, including awards and relevant employment legislation.
·
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
