As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll join an energetic, field-based team representing established Australian not-for-profit organisations through community fundraising campaigns across Sydney.
Your day begins with training and preparation at our Surry Hills office before heading into the community with your team.
You'll meet new people, build genuine rapport and communicate the work and impact of our not-for-profit partners through real conversations.
It's an active, social and performance-focused role: ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, meeting new people and working toward transparent goals as part of a team.
What you'll receive
$37–$45 per hour, depending on experience and progression
Uncapped weekly commissions and performance bonuses
OTE of $90K–$130K for consistent performers
Fully paid training from your first day
Daily coaching and practical communication development
Approximately 38 hours across Monday–Friday
Shorter Fridays and no weekend work required

Represent established Australian not-for-profit organisations
Engage with members of the public across Sydney community locations
Start genuine conversations and build rapport quickly
Explain important charity campaigns clearly and professionally
Inspire suitable customers to provide ongoing support
Work toward individual and team performance targets
Apply daily coaching and continually improve your communication
Represent Pinnacle and our charity partners to a high standard
Who we're looking for
You could be a strong fit if you:
Naturally enjoy speaking with new people
Have experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, sport or another people-focused environment
Are energetic, positive and comfortable working within a team
Respond well to direct coaching and constructive feedback
Are motivated by goals, recognition and earning potential
Take punctuality, presentation and reliability seriously
Are available for approximately 38 hours Monday–Friday
Can commute to Surry Hills and work across Sydney locations
Hold Australian working rights that allow you to work the required schedule
Previous experience is valuable, but attitude, communication, reliability and the willingness to improve matter most.
This is an active, field-based face-to-face fundraising and customer acquisition position.
