New Graduate Podiatrist Wanted
Full or Part-Time | Geelong Foot Clinic
Start your career with a team that has your back!
Just finished your podiatry degree? Your first role shapes the clinician you become. At Geelong Foot Clinic, you'll start your career in a supportive, fun team, with real mentoring, a diverse caseload, and some incredible perks along the way.
About the Role
We're looking for a new graduate podiatrist to join our team across Geelong, Colac, the Surf Coast, and Airlie Beach. You'll build your skills across general podiatry, paediatrics, and musculoskeletal presentations, with full admin and clinical support behind you. Experienced podiatrists are welcome to apply too, but this role has been built with new graduates in mind.
Your First Year With Us
We know the first year is the steepest learning curve, so we've built a structured start:
Scheduled mentoring time in your diary with a senior podiatrist, so you always have a place to ask questions, talk through patients, and get feedback
Dedicated sessions with other podiatrists on specific topics, so you learn from a range of clinicians
A hands-on induction, including an orthotic education session, assisting with nail surgery, and demonstrations of the technology and treatments we use (Keryflex, PACT, Onyfix, shockwave, strapping, and prolotherapy)
Never working alone. We aim to have podiatrists working alongside one another, so support is always close
Full admin support from our amazing admin team, plus ready-made clinical note and letter templates to help you build confidence and save time
What You'll Be Doing
Delivering high-quality podiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment across a diverse patient caseload
Providing general and/or paediatric podiatry care
Using in-house technology including 3D orthotic scanning, shockwave therapy, prolotherapy injections, Onyfix, and Keryflex
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and patient records
Collaborating with the broader clinical team and contributing to case study discussions
What We're Looking For
Registration with AHPRA as a podiatrist (or eligibility for registration)
Enthusiasm to learn and grow, no prior experience required
A collaborative, patient-first attitude and willingness to be part of a close-knit team
Remuneration
Competitive salary, plus the full range of advantages below.
