At Sunshine Coast Radiology , we're on the lookout for full time or part time enthusiastic Booking Centre Agents to coordinate appointments and create a seamless, caring experience for every caller.Your Role:Be the first point of contact, answering patient and referrer calls with professionalism and warmthSchedule appointments using our state-of-the-art RIS system (Karisma)Keep workflows effective and organisedProvide fee quotes and explain Medicare rebates clearlyHelp prepare patients for their visit with the information they needWhat You'll Bring:No Weekends!
Monday-Friday shifts between 7:00 am - 5:00 pmFull time or part time (3 days minimum)
