We are seeking an experienced high-volume blue-collar recruiter to join a national organisation on an immediate-start contract through to Christmas.
Managing a busy portfolio of blue-collar mining vacancies, you'll take ownership of the recruitment process while delivering a responsive and positive candidate experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing high-volume recruitment across a range of blue-collar mining positions
Taking job briefs and understanding operational workforce requirements
Writing and posting targeted job advertisements
Proactively sourcing candidates across multiple channels
Screening applications and conducting telephone interviews
Shortlisting candidates against role requirements
Coordinating interviews with hiring managers




Managing multiple vacancies and candidate pipelines simultaneously
Maintaining regular and timely communication with applicants
Delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Partnering closely with hiring managers to keep recruitment moving at pace
Previous high-volume blue-collar recruitment experience is essential, ideally across mining, resources, trades, heavy industry or operational workforces.
You'll be highly organised, responsive and confident, managing multiple vacancies, candidates and competing priorities simultaneously.
