Lead a growing PM team within a successful, family-owned Mandurah agency.Up to $120K + Super + Bonus + Fuel AllowanceNewly created HOD role - genuine autonomy & influenceLead a team of PMs, Assistants, BDM & VAMonday-Friday | 8.30am-5pmThe OpportunityAn exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Property Manager or existing HOD ready to take ownership of a growing Property Management department.Working closely with supportive Directors, you'll lead a team of 2 Property Managers, 2 Assistants, a BDM and VA, helping shape the structure, systems and culture of the department as the business continues to grow.The Role Your responsibilities will include:Lead, mentor and support the Property Management teamConduct 1:1s, training and ongoing developmentAssist with recruitment and onboardingBe the go-to for complex PM queries and legislative mattersHandle escalations, complaints and conflict resolutionReview and streamline systems,
