You'll lead an established team, strengthen lender relationships, develop new opportunities and work closely with our national network to increase asset finance penetration across the business.This role is ideal for an ambitious and commercially minded asset finance professional who enjoys building, influencing and creating long-term value.What You'll Be DoingDevelop and execute the national Asset Finance growth strategyExpand asset finance opportunities across our existing residential and commercial client baseLead,



coach and develop the Asset Finance teamDrive revenue growth and increase market share nationallyBuild and strengthen lender and industry relationshipsIdentify new referral channels and business opportunitiesSupport complex and high-value client transactionsPartner with state leaders to maximise referral and cross-sell opportunitiesMonitor divisional performance, profitability and growth initiativesTravel nationally as required to support clients, brokers and strategic projectsAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring:At least 5 years' experience within Asset FinanceProven success growing an Asset Finance business, division or portfolioStrong leadership experience and the ability to develop high-performing teamsEstablished lender and industry relationshipsStrong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilityExperience working with SME, commercial and self-employed clientsExcellent stakeholder management and business development skillsA proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and genuine desire to build something meaningfulWhy Join Lending Association?
