embed and maintain Judo's Compliance Framework while supporting the business to effectively manage compliance obligations and regulatory risk.You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, partnering with first‐line teams to strengthen controls, provide specialist compliance advice and ensure regulatory obligations are understood and operationalised.
You'll also contribute to Judo's continued growth by providing assurance, oversight and guidance that supports our purpose of serving Australian SMEs.If that excites you, this just might be your dream job:Develop, embed and maintain compliance frameworks, policies and compliance plans across the businessPartner closely with first‐line teams to ensure controls are appropriately designed and implemented to meet compliance obligations and mitigate riskIdentify, assess and provide guidance on operational and compliance issues arising from changing business needs and the regulatory environmentSupport the operationalisation of compliance policies through education, training and stakeholder engagementAdvise the business on new legislation and regulatory changes and their impact on processes and controlsProvide accurate, timely and practical compliance subject matter expertise across the organisationDevelop and lead compliance-themed oversight programs and provide assurance to senior management through regular reviewsOversee, monitor and report compliance risks to senior management, committees and regulatorsAssess,
