executive agreements and workplace policiesClient relationship management and business development activitiesYou will have genuine client contact, responsibility for running files, and the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of the practice.To be successful in this role, you will have:A minimum of 3 years' post-admission experience in employment, industrial relations, workplace health and safety, or a related practice areaStrong technical legal skills and commercial judgmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience managing matters with an appropriate level of autonomyStrong drafting, negotiation and advocacy capabilitiesOutstanding organisational skills and attention to detailA collaborative and professional approach to client serviceA current Queensland practising certificate (or eligibility to obtain one)Candidates with established employment law experience at top tier and national firms are strongly encouraged to apply.
