About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager ideally with a strong background in within the build construction projects from $50m - $200m.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a history of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project delivery experienceDevelop and manage detailed project programs, budgets, and resource plansCoordinate across key stakeholders including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultantsProactively identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teamsEnsure strict adherence to industry regulations, building codes, and safety requirementsMentor and manage a high-performing project team, promoting a collaborative cultureProvide clear and timely reporting to senior leadership on project status, risks, and outcomes
About You
Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management,



Engineering or a related disciplineProven experience managing construction projects valued at $50m +Minimum 7 years' experience delivering major construction projects within the Building environmentStrong commercial acumen with deep knowledge of construction methodologies and project controlsExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsSound decision-making and problem-solving capabilities in high-pressure environmentsProficiency in construction software and project management tools
