About the Role
As our Business Development Manager, your focus will be winning new client partnerships by showcasing JBIT's expertise and service offering.
Working closely with our internal team, you'll identify opportunities, develop strategies, and build strong relationships to grow our presence in key markets.
Key responsibilities:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
Present and promote JBIT's recruitment and workforce solutions




Build relationships with hiring managers and senior decision makers
Maintain a strong pipeline of client prospects
Provide market insights and contribute to growth planning
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need a confident, relationship driven approach and a robust understanding of information technology and the recruitment industry.

Proven experience in business development, B2B sales & client acquisition
