This is a dynamic, fast‐paced role suited to someone who thrives on variety, takes initiative, and is eager to continue building a long‐term career in commercial asset management.Key Responsibilities:Providing professional asset management services to our clients across our diverse commercial, retail, office and industrial property portfolioLiaising with key stakeholders including Landlords, Tenants and Contractors to ensure positive working relationshipsDaily administrative activitiesCoordinating quotes, raising work orders and engaging trades and contractorsInducting and setting up new contractors within internal systemsProviding regular progress updates on project and maintenance worksManaging WHS,
compliance and capital works programsConducting property inspections using digital platforms that generate reportingProcessing and coordinating invoice approvalsManaging arrearsDelivering outcomes within approved operating budgetsPreparing annual property budgetsPreparing monthly and annual financial reporting requirementsMaintaining accurate databases and undertaking daily diarised tasksManaging the financial performance of the assets and providing recommendations to clientsKey Requirements:A team player who can take direction from the Head of DepartmentConfident communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a teamStrong analytical skills and resilienceSolid skills in MS Outlook and ExcelStrong attention to detail and excellent organisational capabilityThe ability to work both in the office and outdoors as requiredThe ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a fast‐paced environmentCurrent Real Estate Licence/Certificate of RegistrationCurrent Driver LicencePrevious experience in the commercial property industryKnight Frank Cairns is locally owned and provides a friendly and happy office that values their employees.This role is an excellent opportunity in the commercial property industry within a very supportive environment.If you thrive on delivering outstanding results, we'd love to hear from you!
