With continued growth across major projects, the business offers a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and strong leadership support.About The OpportunityThe primary purpose of this position is to support and drive HSEQ initiatives, ensuring compliance, safety, and quality standards are maintained across all operations.Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:Leading the maintenance, internal auditing, and continual improvement of ISO ****, *****, and ***** certified management systemsSupporting the development and maintenance of SWMS, procedures, and policiesConducting site inspections, audits, and risk assessmentsInvestigating incidents and implementing corrective actionsDelivering site inductions, toolbox talks,



and safety trainingManaging subcontractor compliance and engagement processesReporting on safety performance, KPIs, and improvement initiativesPreparing HSEQ documentation to support tenders and projectsAttending stakeholder meetings and promoting safety cultureFacilitating training and upskilling of Field Team through external providers and/or product suppliersAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:3+ years of experience in an HSEQ role within constructionCertificate IV in Work Health & Safety (Diploma desirable)Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and compliance standardsHands-on experience managing ISO quality management systemsProven ability to maintain and improve an IMS across quality, workplace, and safetyYou will also have:Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholdersExperience using systems such as Hammertech, Aconex, or ProcoreStrong attention to detail with excellent organisational skillsA proactive and enthusiastic approach to safety and improvementWhat's in it for You?
