Functionally reporting into the CFO and operationally to the business unit EGM the purpose of the position is to support the EGM to drive the strategy and performance of the division.The ChallengeA highly visible commercial finance executive level position the Commercial Finance Manager (Head of Commercial Finance equivalent) will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of the division and driving financial performance.
The role will be challenging and exciting as you oversee the delivery of complex commercial initiatives and oversee performance improvement matters.Executive level stakeholder managementPartner the EGM to lead and deliver strategic initiativesProviding business case and commercial analysis to support new business initiativesProviding commercial decision making support and governance to the broader businessM&A; initiatives and organic growth projects including pre and post acquisition analysis, due diligence and modellingProvide accurate financial information and commercial support for major projectsAccurately complete month end reporting and all other required financial reporting including accruals and EBITA adjustmentsPrepare the BU annual budget,
