This unique field-based prospect combines investigation, stakeholder engagement, auditing and reporting, helping promote ethical employment practices, worker wellbeing and sustainable business operations.Your exciting new role:Travel is a significant component of this position, with auditors typically travelling up to 4 days per week across metropolitan, regional and remote locations throughout Australia, with occasional New Zealand travel.Working autonomously you will:Conduct ESG and social compliance auditsInterview workers, management and key stakeholdersReview payroll, employment records and supporting documentationAssess compliance against ethical trading and ESG standardsGather evidence and prepare detailed audit reportsIdentify risks relating to worker welfare, labour practices and complianceManage sensitive conversations and disputed findings professionallyYour background:WHS / Safety, ISO Auditing, Quality Assurance; HR, IR or Fair Work, Compliance or Investigations, Risk & Governance, Agriculture, Food Production or Supply ChainsAll about you:Solid investigative and analytical skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsExceptional attention to detailStrong report writing capabilityThe ability to work autonomously and manage competing prioritiesConfidence handling sensitive conversations and assessing evidence objectivelyEssential RequirementsAustralian working rightsCurrent unrestricted Driver LicencePassport or ability to obtain oneAbility and willingness to travel nationally up to 4 days per weekAbility to obtain required vaccinations, including Q FeverSEDEX or Social Compliance Audit Accreditation is highly regarded; however, comprehensive training and support will be provided for candidates who are not yet accredited.
