They are looking for skilled and experienced Production Managers to plan, organise and coordinate production activities in their business.Your Tasks will include:decide, carrying out, and keeping an eye on production plans, policies, and strategiesplanning specifics of production activities, including labor requirements, cost, time available, and output quality and quantitymanaging the production plant's operations and quality standards by scheduling maintenance, setting operating hours, and providing tools and partskeeping an eye on production costs and output and modifying resources and procedures to reduce expensescoordinate with other matters relating to production mattersOversee the installation of recent plants and equiipmentintroduce and deveop men ways of production methods and implement new initiativesoversee and implement occupation health nad safety requirementsmonitor staff performancesYou will need to have:Skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualification with at least 2 years of relevant employment experience.At least five years of relevant exeprience may subsitute for the formal qualifications.LeadershipProject Management skillsAbility to work as a teamSafety standard knowledge within the industryYou will be paid between $130,000-$150,000 p.a. + superannuationPlease note only sucessful candidates will be contacted for an interview.
