develop strategic partnerships and help evolve our workforce offering from traditional labour hire engagements into broader capability and managed services outcomes.Develop and grow the cyber workforce solutions businessBuild relationships across Government agencies, procurement teams and key stakeholdersIdentify, qualify and convert opportunities for cyber contractor engagementsDevelop partnerships with specialist recruitment providers and talent networks to support delivery outcomesLeverage Government panel arrangements and procurement pathways to drive revenue growthCollaborate with internal cyber security, delivery and sales teams to create innovative workforce and capability solutionsMaintain a strong opportunity pipeline and deliver against growth targetsSupport the evolution of customer engagements from contractor‐based services to broader capability and managed service partnerships.Your ExperienceDemonstrated success developing business within the Government cyber security or workforce solutions marketStrong and current relationships across Government agencies, procurement teams, recruitment providers and contractor networksExperience selling or delivering labour hire, workforce solutions, recruitment services or contractor‐based engagementsStrong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and build credibility across multiple levelsA strategic mindset with the ability to see beyond labour hire and develop long‐term customer partnershipsA highly driven, resilient and commercially focused approach to business development.This is an opportunity to join a globally recognised cyber security business at a pivotal stage of growth.
