You will play a key role in ensuring learning systems and data meet regulatory obligations, while supporting workforce capability, risk mitigation and long-term organisational efficiency.Key accountabilities of the role:Own and govern the Learning Management System, including configuration, optimisation, vendor management and system performanceLead compliance training governance,



ensuring mandatory and audit-critical learning is accurately tracked and managedEnsure learning data integrity, integration and reporting accuracy across LMS and connected systemsDeliver clear, executive-ready reporting and insights (including Power BI) to support compliance and decision-makingMaintain and improve the organisation-wide Training Needs Analysis, using data and stakeholder input to identify capability gaps and inform learning prioritiesDrive continuous improvement of learning systems and processes, including future LMS implementationAbout YouYou are a highly analytical and systems-focused L&D; professional with robust governance, compliance and reporting expertise.
