on programme and within budgetRequirementsWe're looking for someone with:Proven experience as a Project Manager within civil constructionStrong experience across earthworks, drainage, roads, utilities, bulk earthworks or general civil infrastructureExperience managing projects from mobilisation through to completionStrong commercial and contract management capabilityExperience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary site teamsGood understanding of programming, procurement and cost controlStrong client and stakeholder management skillsRelevant Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar qualifications advantageousDefence experience beneficial, but not essentialBenefits$150k-$180k + super + vehicle, depending on experience3-year project providing genuine long-term stability and continuityTake ownership of a major civil project from delivery through to completionAlbury/Wodonga-based role, allowing you to work on a significant project while staying localBroad civil scope including earthworks, roads, drainage, utilities and infrastructureJoin an established contractor with a robust site team and plenty of responsibility in the PM role
