ensuring all work is accurately recorded and trackedEnsure all regulatory inspections are completed on time and any defects are rectified within required timeframesMonitor outstanding maintenance tasks and drive timely completionImplement and maintain best practice fleet management systems and processesEnsure all staff are trained, licensed, competent, and performing to required standardsDrive a strong safety culture, ensuring all activities comply with WHS legislation and organisational requirementsConduct audits to ensure quality control of servicing and repairsManage stock levels and workshop equipment complianceBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders through clear, proactive communicationLead, coach, and develop your team to foster a positive and high-performing cultureWhat we're looking forYou're an experienced Fleet Manager or Workshop Leader who thrives in a agile environment and takes ownership of outcomes.
