With a strong pipeline of work scheduled to commence locally in Toowoomba this year, they are looking to bring an experienced Safety Advisor on board to support site operations and maintain strong safety standards across their projects.About the Role:This is a site-based Safety Advisor role, working closely with site management, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure a safe working environment across active construction site.You'll be highly visible on site, supporting day-to-day safety activities and contributing to continuous improvement in safety performance.Key Responsibilities:Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessmentsSupport the implementation and maintenance of WHS systems and proceduresDeliver toolbox talks,



inductions, and safety trainingAssist with incident investigations and reportingWork closely with site teams to promote a strong safety cultureEnsure compliance with WHS legislation and company standardsTo Be Successful:Previous experience in a Safety Advisor role within construction (commercial, industrial or similar)Solid working knowledge of WHS legislation and site safety practicesConfident communicator with the ability to engage and influence site teamsCertificate IV in Work Health & Safety (or higher) preferredProactive, organised, and comfortable working in a site-based environment
