I'm currently recruiting for an exciting HR Business Partner opportunity with an established organisation based in Melbourne CBD.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys a true generalist role, partnering with leaders and providing practical, commercially focused HR support.
The Role:
Partner with managers and senior leaders to provide advice and guidance across a broad range of HR matters.
Manage employee relations matters including performance management, grievances, investigations and workplace issues.
Provide advice on employment legislation, policies and HR best practices.
Support workforce planning, employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Coach and develop managers to build leadership capability and confidence in managing people matters.
Contribute to HR projects, process improvements and broader people initiatives.
Build solid stakeholder relationships and deliver practical,



solutions-focused HR support.
About You:
Previous experience in an HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist role.
Strong employee relations experience and sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation.
Confident advising and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Proactive, approachable and comfortable working autonomously.
Strong communication skills with a practical, hands-on approach.
