Cook
who is passionate about food, takes pride in quality, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative kitchen team.

About the Role
As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking quality meals while supporting the day-to-day operations of the kitchen.
Working alongside the culinary team, you will help ensure food is prepared to the highest standards, maintain food safety requirements, and contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook food in accordance with recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines
Assist with food preparation, portioning, and storage of ingredients
Operate kitchen equipment including ovens, grills, fryers, and microwaves
Monitor food quality and ensure consistency in all dishes
Set up and maintain workstations for service
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment
Follow food safety standards, temperature checks, and hygiene procedures
Assist with stock rotation and minimise food wastage
Support the kitchen team during busy service periods
Report maintenance issues, accidents, or unsafe conditions to management
Comply with company policies, health and safety requirements, and grooming standards
About You
Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen
A passion for food and delivering quality guest experiences
Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices




Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Robust attention to detail and organisational skills
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
