We make premium mattresses in-house at our Gladesville workshop, and we're growing fast.I'm looking for someone reliable to join the team and look after our customers from their first enquiry through to delivery day.Our customers rate us 4.9+ stars on Google and ProductReview.
Customers tell us it comes down to friendly service, a no-BS approach, and the quality of the mattresses.
As we grow, a lot of customers will deal with you more than anyone else here, so your job is to keep that going.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGAnswering calls and helping customers work out what they needReplying to enquiries by email, chat, SMS and WhatsAppBooking and coordinating customer deliveriesKeeping customers in the loop when plans changeHelping out in the retail showroom when it's busyTHE TOOLS YOU'LL USEOur own custom‐built software for customer relations, invoices and deliveries (we'll teach you)Intercom for chat and helpdeskSakari for SMS, plus WhatsApp, email and phoneSome AI tools to help make things more efficient.
We still need someone who writes clearly and naturally in their own wordsSOCIAL MEDIAIf you enjoy social media,



there's time in the week for that too.
You can help with photos, short videos and posts about the factory, the showroom and our customers.ABOUT YOUFluent in English with excellent spoken and written communicationReliable and organisedOutgoing and personable.
You enjoy picking up the phone to talk to customersYou use your initiative.
When things are quiet you find something useful to do, and if a process could work better, you suggest a fixAvailable 4 days a week, Tuesday to Saturday.
